If we all just stopped and said a prayer for them !

Created for the "Victorian Christmas" challenge at level 4

This is by far the largest scale manipulation I've ever done , and with more stocks than ever before.I wanted to create a scene from a Christmas shopping day from an old Victorian town. I wanted to show the giving , the loving , the fun and the( ever timeless) hustleing spirit of the season all in one shot .I wanted some snow , but didn't want the scene burried in it. So I decided to creat a light flurry of snow just starting to fall onto the scene . Also I wanted to experement with depth , and perspective as if taking a phot from the top of a hilled city street..
