First off, I must say that I love how creative this artwork is! It was the very first thing that caught my eyes, and then I had to look more closely and discover all the details, of course. It is magical, and yet it looks completely realistic – nothing is out of place, everything is perfectly blended together and there is no way to tell that you used different stock images. To top it off, it is obvious to me that you know how to give a sense of depth to your photomanipulations. Your composition is incredibly well-done and brings the fairy and her mount into focus.

I would never have thought of using a rat for a fairy's mount. I was surprised at first, but it works. It was a fantastic idea! Especially when using a fairy child. They go so well together that they act like a reminder that we must keep an open-mind, especially as far as art is concerned. Your creativity calls to the child hiding in everyone of us, and all of a sudden, I can feel the wind of the ride, hear the fairy's laughter and smell the “green” smells of the forest. And I believe - in fairies, in a world where they ride rodents. It is so very narrative that I would like to see what's going to happen next. At first, the only things that didn't strike me as completely right were the dragonflies – they seemed too small. But on reflection, they work very well that way.

To conclude, there is a lot of character to your artwork. It is a one of a kind photomanipulation that shows a vivid imagination and an advanced knowledge of your tool. Great work!
